All of my doll clothes are made of cotton, silk, or rayon trimmed with cotton lace, and silk or rayon ribbon. My designs are either exact copies of the original dress, or created from pictures of the original doll. Many of the dresses and outfits are made from antique or vintage fabrics. All of my outfits are made to fit the original composition dolls. |

This delightful dress is made of printed 100% cotton organdy with silk, or rayon ties on the bonnet. Edges are finished with a picot edging, and the back closes with two pearl buttons. Dress and Bonnet for Effanbee Patsy/Shirley Dolls This Effanbee dress and hat are adapted from a 1933 pattern for Patsy Lou. It was a give away by the McCall Co. as a promotion. The Effanbee dress and bonnet are available in several sizes for your Patsy family dolls. Colors available are in a reproduction print: Lavender, Blue, and Yellow, or in vintage fabric and flour sacks. The dress and hat are 100% cotton. The dress closes in the back with two mother-of pearl-buttons, and the hat is trimmed with a self-fabric ruffled rose. Price: $35.00 - $50.00 |

It is made of crisp 100% cotton organdy trimmed with picot edging and cotton lace. The beautiful collar is decorated with handstitched embroidery and is edged with cotton lace.The bonnet, slip and diaper cover are also trimmed with beautiful cotton lace. The limited edition fabric on this romper is an exact copy of a print that was often used in the 1930's for the Kewpie and Scootles dolls.
