I am enamored with the American Patsy Family dolls and with the French and German all bisque Mignonettes.
Here are a few patterns for them.

La Poupee Modele 1878 - 1917 Mignonnette All Bisque 5" - 6" Dolls
La Poupee Modele was the leading children's magazine in the late 1800's, and offered children the latest fashion patterns for their dolls.
In 1878 they introduced patterns for the little all bisque dolls and called them pocket dolls, then later called
them Mignonnettes.
The La Poupee Modele pattern pieces don't always fit together and there were no instructions since most ladies
learned needlework at a very early age. Over the years La Poupee Modele offered 403 patterns and sketches, including 14 complete wardrobe plates;
70 printed fabric sheets; and 63 cardboard plates. The most exciting patterns were the printed fabric sheets,
so all you have to do is cut out and stitch. These are complete kits, so they include all the trims you need
to complete the outfits. It makes sewing for these tiny dolls so much fun, just grab a needle thread and scissors and
you can take them anywhere to work on.
I have made adjustments to the patterns so the pieces fit together accurately and have written detailed
instructions with pictures to help you create wonderful costumes for
your little pocket dolls. I have even included a loose translation of the French text that went with each pattern.
For authenticity, I have referenced actual copies of the antique La Poupee Modele magazines and the book "Mignonnette her history, wardrobe and miniature world 1878-1917".

The December 1878 issue of La Poupee Modele published a wool coat for the little pocket doll printed on white wool.
After I finished the coat, it seemed like she needed a hat, so I found a hat for a larger doll in the La Poupee
Modele magazine in the same year and reduced it to match the coat.
The doll pictured is 5 1/4" tall. This pattern includes a pattern with detailed
directions, a printed wool felt fabric sheet for the coat and hat pictured, and printed cardstock, and silk
lining for the base of the hat with all the trims you need to complete the outfit. Fits all bisque dolls 5" - 6".
